Hyaluronic Acid Serum, the brands of my life

Hyaluronic acid is a natural polysaccharide created by the human body. As we have covered in several articles, it helps to lubricate joints and acts as a wrinkle filler in aesthetic treatments, but it is also a fabulous hydrator. Present in 50% of our protective tissues, the benefits for human skin are diverse and exceptional. And if that were all its properties, you might think it’s just a very good and nice substance, but it’s not. It is found in connective tissues, in ocular fluid, and in every one of the cells that make you up, so it must be of some importance, don’t you think?

The hyaluronic acid serum helps as a wrinkle filler, but it also promotes the reconstruction and health of the skin. It helps tissues heal better. Because it expands up to 1000 times with water, the hyaluronic acid serum prevents wrinkles and expression lines.

You can find this substance in creams, serums, and makeup products like eyeshadows, lipsticks, and even hair masks. This is because lips need a lot of hydration, and the scalp does too. So it is moisturizing and helps restore nutrients.

What is hyaluronic acid serum like?

Hyaluronic acid serumIf you’ve never seen it, it is a transparent, gelatinous substance. In its pure state, you can use it to hydrate the skin and fill the small wrinkles that start appearing after the age of 30. This is for home beauty treatments, of course. In clinics, it has other more professional uses, and in serums, you can buy it pure or mixed with other products like vitamin C and collagen. It also depends on the type of cosmetic and the purpose it is designed for. For example, it works wonderfully for the eye contour because, in addition to hydrating, as we’ve mentioned, it increases its size, so it’s great for dark circles since it fills in the structure and improves the appearance of that tricky area. Another quality it has is that, being natural and already present in the body, the body can absorb it without needing to add another ingredient or chemical. It’s 100% natural.

What is the best hyaluronic acid serum?

There are different ranges of skincare products, but we will make a list of some brands that work very well for daily care. This way, you have options and can choose cosmetics for the face or anti-aging, and even a surprise for cellulite. Depending on the combination of compounds, they will work better for one thing or another, but what will be certain is that it is moisturizing.

But not all hyaluronic acid serum presentations are the same. It is also used in aesthetic surgery. Brands like Restylane and Juvederm can be bought as injections (well, these products are for professionals), and they are excellent aesthetic treatments that help smooth expression lines, nasolabial folds, crow’s feet, furrowed brows, and those little things we dislike. They work very well on nasolabial folds. This is because, when used as an injectable, the amount the body absorbs is higher, and the structure and properties of the cross-linked form are better for creating volume. When you buy creams and serums with hyaluronic acid, they are non-cross-linked, meaning they are for topical or external use. This is because the molecules have to be filtered through the epidermis so that the cells can take full advantage of their properties, so the serum, although it feels gelatinous to the touch, is not cross-linked at a molecular level and can be easily absorbed by the skin.

In any case, regardless of the form it’s in, it works wonderfully in professional beauty treatments, and also for home use, of course, and this is thanks to brands constantly researching how to reduce the size of molecules to create more efficient hyaluronic acid creams and serums.

Nezeni Hyaluronic Acid Serum with Botox Effect

Nezeni Botox Effect Anti-Aging Serum

It provides anti-aging effects by improving skin elasticity and reducing the depth of small wrinkles. The Intensive Anti-Aging Serum with Botox Effect by Nezeni Cosmetics relaxes wrinkles caused by muscle contractions and reduces expression signs thanks to its hyaluronic-rich composition, which is moisturizing, and argireline.

At the same time, this face cosmetic is reinforced with Caprylyl Glycol, a substance that also improves skin hydration. This, in practice, significantly enhances the effects of hyaluronic acid for the face.

You can notice the elimination of expression signs thanks to Argireline, an active ingredient that works like botulinum toxin but without the side effects it produces on the skin. It relaxes the muscle, prevents furrowed brows, crow’s feet, and nasolabial folds.

This cream is currently considered one of the best serums with pure hyaluronic acid.

The Nezeni Serum penetrates well into the skin, leaving a smooth texture without a greasy feel, and acts as an antioxidant thanks to the addition of Panax Ginseng. It also has almost no preservatives, which is why it has a 2-year expiration when closed, and all the preservatives we avoid applying to our skin are there to improve our health in the long run.

Hello, I have been using hyaluronic acid serum for two months, but I’ve noticed that when it dries, it leaves my skin in some areas as if it’s peeling, like I have plastic on my face. Is this normal? Thank you for your response.
